the location was convenient for getting around. staff were generally helpful with directions. breakfast had a good selection of items, though it was sometimes crowded.

My room smelled musty. the water pressure in the shower was quite low. car park b1 was not very clean. I saw trip hazards blocking the way to the parking area.

I appreciated the friendly staff. Simon at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast options were EXCELLENT with a nice variety of food. I was impressed with the really good customer service.

The pool area felt somewhat small. There were not enough sun beds. Non-slip mats on the bathroom floor could prevent risk of slips and falls.

The hotel is close to the metro. It is a ten-minute walk. Taxis are readily available right in front of the hotel, providing convenient transportation options. Shops are also nearby, which adds to the convenience.

The breakfast buffet featured great variety. The hotel has amazing pizza and restaurants with anything you need. The Sunday brunch is delicious. The happy hour is really good, and the music is excellent too.

The staff responds quickly to requests, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Housekeeping was attentive, ensuring rooms were kept clean. Simon at the front desk was particularly helpful. He were pretty good.

The gym is best used in the morning or after 6 pm. The hotel provides a comfortable office space with computers. The pool is heated and fitness facilities are a PLUS!!! I will come back.

I liked that my check-in was quick, even after arriving on a late flight. The receptionist upgraded my room to a spacious one bedroom suite, and i am thankful. this was professional and the customer service was excellent. the location is also great, especially if you are traveling for business, and its proximity to the mall of emirates is helpful.

The breakfast room was loud and chaotic. the food was exactly the same every morning with zero variation. I found it disappointing. the tv is old and slow. the hotel app is buggy and useless.
